CCR Technologies Ltd.
is a public company with shares traded on the Canadian Stock Exchange(CNSX) under the symbol “CRL”. With offices in Calgary, Alberta and Houston, Texas, CCR owns proven, proprietary and patented technologies for the purification and reclamation of
amines and glycols used in the refining, gas processing, and petrochemicals industries. CCR's business units
include Reclaiming, Flow Assurance and New Paradigm Gas Processing.
The company's Reclaiming business involves the purification of amine and glycol solutions primarily for refiners and gas processors. CCR Technologies Inc. owns and operates a fleet of mobile vacuum distillation processing units that can be transported to a customer's refinery or gas plant, providing on-site purification of gas treating solutions while the customer's plant continues to operate. On-site reclaiming provides customers with both economic and environmental benefits by avoiding costly downtime and expensive solution replacement while minimizing the disposal of spent solution.
Through its Flow Assurance group, the company licenses the use of its technology primarily to off-shore gas processors. CCR's technology simultaneously removes water and salts from glycol streams so they can be re-used for hydrate inhibition. By licensing technology from CCR, customers enjoy economic and environmental benefits associated with re-use rather than disposal of hydrate inhibition chemicals.
New Paradigm Gas Processing LP, a subsidiary of CCR Technologies Ltd., provides cost-effective and environmentally-friendly gas treating, pollution abatement and sulfur recovery technologies primarily to operators of smaller sour gas reserves. New Paradigm is the authorized licensor of the Shell - Paques Biological Gas Desulfurization technology for Canadian and Central and South American applications. Developed by Shell Global Solutions International B.V. (the technology arm of Royal Dutch Shell) and Paques Bio Systems B.V. this breakthrough gas treating technology utilizes naturally occurring microorganisms to treat gas and liquid streams that contain hydrogen sulfide.
CCR also owns CataChem Inc. which offers patented amine additives to control corrosion in amine treating units.
